Description
Clever Neyra’s farm is located at Alto Ihuamaca, close to the conservation area of San Ignacio at 1550 masl. It’s a small farm planted with Bourbon, Caturra and Geisha. He also manages some parcelas of his family that are planted with Caturra and Catuai varieties.
Cherries are carefully fermented for 24 to 36 hours and dried for 10-12 days, ensuring every cup is a true reflection of the land. Sipping on this exquisite washed processed Peru cup, where every sip is a journey through vibrant notes of clementine and passion fruit.
The creamy texture beautifully mirrors the sweetness of dulce de leche, while hints of tart apple and peach dance on my palate. It's like a floral bouquet in a cup.
