Leaning heavily on the peaberry market to fill our offerings we found this gem from Tanzania. Peaberries are a naturally occurring mutation of the coffee seed that forms a single, small, rounder unit than the two “flat beans” that typically sit face-to-face inside a coffee cherry. With a complex acidity, juicy texture and a suprising sweet finish this coffee offers the "something different".

Sambewe AMCOS represents more than 440 smallholder farmers.

This AMCOS is the result of four local farmers groups combining forces in 2018; the producers all share a central processing unite and deliver their coffee in cherry form.

The coffees at these receiving points are blended together and sorted before being separated by quality.
